Terms and Conditions

All prices are shown F.O.B. factory. All prices are subject to shipping costs. Some prices may change without notice. In Canada, prices are subject to GST (7%) and Ontario residences are subject to PST (8%). Not that sale prices are limited to retail sales only. Percentage savings refers to total per-item savings and additional savings cost pre-freight. Wholesale prices are entitled to instructors of martial arts schools who have shown proof that they are so and who place orders over $250.00 Canadian funds. All prices charged on invoices are in Canadian funds.

Terms

Charges are applied direct to supplied Credit Card. Confirmation of your order will immediately be sent to you following your order.

Warranty

All products are guaranteed for one year under normal wear and tear. All stitching and workmanship will be repaired or replaced within one year of purchase invoice date. Excluded are items which are not sewn such as dipped foam products and uncovered foam products. All products will be warranted by Manufacturer of products in question.

Shipping

Instructions: Specific shipping instructions should accompany each order and will be followed if practical or possible. If transport company is not specified the most economical and safe method will be chosen. Xtreme Martial Arts Distributors is not responsible if merchandise is damaged in transit; it is the responsibility of the receiver to check shipments before accepting. Shipping is an additional cost upon the item total. All orders are shipped on the day they are placed, with exceptions of orders placed on weekends; these are shipped on Monday mornings. Express Service and Expedited Service are in reference to North America Only. International Orders are shipped with an International Express Service (3-4 days). Returns/Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in its original packaging without any noticeable wear and tear. Items must be exchanged for any item(s) equaling the same price of your previous order total within 15 days of purchase. Shipping back to Xtreme Martial Arts Distributors is the customers responsibility. Xtreme Martial Arts Distributors will not accept any returns for full refunds. Any difference in price resulting from the exchanging process less shipping and embroidery charges will go toward a credit from Xtreme Martial Arts Distributors to be used on future orders. No direct credit will be placed on the credit card of the customer.
